Values + Alignment

It’s important that my values and beliefs are aligned with every client that books me for a positive, comfortable, and seamless experience bringing your shoot to life. If we don’t align, I’m probably not the photographer for you.

Love is Love

I believe that everyone has the right to choose who they love and I am honored that I get to capture and celebrate every type of love. I don’t tolerate homophobia.

Protect the Dolls

I believe that trans people are under attack and it is our duty to fight for them and protect them. I don’t tolerate transphobia.

Black Lives Matter

I believe that we live in a racialized system that does not see Black people as equals. I believe that until our society examines internalized racism from the top down, we cannot have true equality or equity. I don’t tolerate racism of any kind.

Free Palestine

I believe in a Free Palestine (and all other countries under apartheid). I believe that in 1948 Palestinians began being displaced from their land and have been fighting to get it back ever since. I believe Palestinians are currently undergoing a genocide at the hand of Israelis. I don’t tolerate zionism.

Land Back

I believe that Indigenous peoples dwelled on this land before any of us did and they have a deeper connection than any of us ever will. I believe Indigenous tribes have undergone genocide and displacement for their land, and to this day, they are fighting for their land. I don’t tolerate colonizing mindsets.

Fuck ICE + ACAB

I believe that ICE has no place in our city. I also believe that all cops are bad. The policing system was created as a way to catch “enslaved” people and until we abolish the whole system and start from scratch, there can’t be any reform. I don’t tolerate pro-ICE or pro-cop propaganda.
